Mr. Thomas Spruck, Dipl. oec., Chief Executive Officer, OLIVIER AG & OLIVIER GROUP (Suisse) and Chief Executive Officer OLIVIER Service- and Rentalpark Ltd. (KSA) 
Mr. Spruck has 20 years of proven success in all aspects of the setup of new companies in- and outside of Europe. He is a proven business leader with a wealth of experience creating and growing new businesses. Since 2 years he works out of his office in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) in the GCC Region and developed the idea of founding OLIVIER AG and OLIVIER GROUP for the large needs in the construction machinery sector of this region.
He is owner and head of the ATS FinanzGruppe in Germany, Slovakia and Switzerland. His educational background is a University degree in Economy and a Bank and Insurance education. He is Auditor for DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.

 

Mr. Zeljko Tomicic, Senior Vice President, OLIVIER AG 
Mr. Tomicic is the Senior Vice President at OLIVIER Europe and is responsible for the placement of Zoomlion products and the development of business relations to major machinery traders in Europe.
He is founder of OLIVIER AG together with Mr. Spruck He has over 20 years of experience in selling of construction machinery and developing and growing businesses in Austria, Croatia and Germany.

 

Mr. Ernst Berndl, Dipl. Ing, Dipl. Wirt. Ing, Vice President Technology, OLIVIER AG
Mr. Berndl has over 45 years of experience in developing new business strategies in Europe and for USA. He has managed the expansion of numerous major German brands in the construction machineries businesses into American and European countries. His extensive experience in this sector of construction equipment and in the operational, supply chain management and technology aspects of companies distributing their products into the World is a great benefit for OLIVIER GROUP .
His educational background are two University degrees in Economy and Engineering.

 

Mr. Erik Geiger, Senior Consultant Marketing, Geiger International
Mr. Geiger is a proven business leader with a wealth of experience creating and growing new businesses. He currently serves as the Head of his Family owned company Geiger International in Shanghai and is OLIVIER ´S bridge to the leading China's machinery factories.

Mr. Michael Shadman, MS, SE, Chief Executive Officer, OLIVIER Mexico
Mr. Shadman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OLIVIER Mexico . In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Shadman oversees OLIVIER Mexico 's focus on providing its business partners with the tools necessary to succeed, including the proper advertising and marketing of Zoomlion products and providing our business partners with top-quality sales, technical and mechanical support. Along with Mr. Cruz and Mr. Willard (see below), Mr. Shadman acts as a key contact person for our business partners, so that their concerns and questions are answered personally and immediately. Mr. Shadman has 25 years of proven success in all aspects of the construction (including construction equipment) and real estate development in the United States and Latin America , including experience with projects in Mexico . Mr. Shadman has a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, and a masters degree in civil and structural engineering. He is state board licensed in California , Arizona and Hawaii.

 
Mr. Bruce Parvarandeh, JD, General Counsel, OLIVIER America and OLIVIER Africa
Mr. Parvarandeh is a corporate attorney with over 10 years of experience dealing with international transactions, including extensive experience helping global companies with their business dealings in Latin America, including Chile and Mexico. He has worked as an attorney in some of the most prestigious international law firms, such as White & Case, LLP (which has offices in Mexico City and Santiago). He earned his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
 

Mr. Alan Soucy, Senior Vice President Marketing, OLIVIER America
Mr. Soucy is a proven business leader with a wealth of experience creating and growing new businesses. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Spark Public Relations, one of the top public relations agencies in the world, with offices in San Francisco and London.  Prior to joining Spark, he served as president of MTI Microfuel Cells, an emerging leader in the new energy market, and as an executive officer of Tripath Technologies, a semiconductor supplier for consumer electronics, which he helped to take public in 2000.

Mr. Parvarandeh is the Senior Vice President of Operations at OLIVIER America and currently serves as Group President of Maxim Integrated Products, a Fortune 500 company that is a leader in the semiconductor industry (NASDQ: MXM).
H e has over 20 years of experience as a manger in developing and growing businesses in Latin America, including in Mexico and Chile, as it relates to product marketing and development strategy.

Ms. Khazen has over 20 years of management experience focused on the financial and operational aspects of international businesses in the real estate industry, including extensive experience with the specific financial issues of construction and real estate development in Latin America.

 

Dr. Majdin Taba, Phd., Chief Technology Officer, OLIVIER America
Dr. Taba has over 30 years of experience in developing new business strategies in USA and Latin America. He has managed the expansion strategy of numerous businesses into Mexico and Chile, and he has extensive experience in the operational, supply chain management and technology aspects of companies distributing their products into Latin America.

 

Mr. Robert Cruz, Regional Sales and Strategic Growth Director, OLIVIER Mexico
Mr. Cruz serves as a Regional Sales and Strategic Growth Director of OLIVIER Mexico . In his role, Mr. Cruz manages OLIVIER Mexico 's daily relationships with its business partners and manages OLIVIER Mexico 's support of its business partners in the areas of advertising, marketing, business strategy, and technical assistance. Along with Mr. Shadman, Mr. Cruz acts as a key contact person for our business partners.
Mr. Cruz completed his bachelor degree in business administration with an emphasis in Latin American studies. Mr. Cruz has served as board member of many organizations including the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. His back ground as a successful entrepreneur, empowers him with the necessary knowledge to help our business partners with their immediate needs and necessary growth.

 

Mr. Larry Willard, Vice President of Marketing, OLIVIER Mexico
Mr. Willard brings over 40 years of business experience to our management team. He has been responsible for the development of several communities in Southern and Northern California as well as through out the United States. His knowledge of construction equipment as well as the developer’s needs and requirements is a valuable source for all our business partners. Mr. Willard has guided many entrepreneurs into a successful launching of their businesses.
Mr. Willard has a bachelor in Business Sociology, and is a key contact for our business partners in Latin America.

Mr. Parvarandeh serves as General Counsel to OLIVIER Nigeria. In this capacity, he is responsible for all legal, financial, and administrative functions related to OLIVIER Nigeria Mr. Parvarandeh earned his law degree from the University of California, and has considerable experience in international business transactions..
